Woman on Delta Flight Handcuffed for Drunken Flirting, Raging After Rejection (VIDEOS)

A woman on a Delta flight was handcuffed after she became drunk and aggressive towards another passenger that didn't appreciate her suggestive flirting Friday night. The unnamed woman spewed death threats towards the man and airline staff while on flight 1189 from Baltimore-Washington Airport to Salt Lake City.

The woman on the Delta flight was handcuffed by the flight crew, who then proceeded to make an unscheduled landing at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. From there, police officers were called to haul the unruly passenger away, though by the time authorities arrived she was much more subdued.

The ruckus apparently started after she had "a few drinks," passenger Luz Dinorah Padro, who uploaded footage to YouTube, told The New York Daily News. The alcohol led her to try and get frisky with a nearby male passenger, but he staunchly refused.

From there was a tirade of cursing, yelling and general rudeness on the woman's part, who told the man she would "f------ kill" him and "raised her fist" to hit him, Padro said. She even tried to convince other passengers that her seatmate was attempting to grab her.

"Hey lady! Over there! I need help, this guy is holding me!" the woman, dressed in a black v-neck t-shirt, screamed. She continued her rant even after employees came and tried to calm her, and yelled over the pilot, who explained that he would have to divert the plane and land it.

By the time police came the woman was still "very intoxicated" and "grabbing at passengers," Patrick Hogan, a spokesman for Minneapolis-St. Paul, told The Salt Lake City Tribune. The woman was removed from the plane and taken to Hennepin County Medical Center.

She could face federal charges for the enraged outbursts.

Delta flight 1189's 132 other passengers managed to make it to Salt Lake City just 90 minutes late, according to reports.
