Each year’s new theme and program centers around a core team of five speakers and a dramatist, special guests, and musical artists. It continues to draw a base and a loyal following as some 50 percent are repeat attendees.

Conference proceeds fund Women of Faith arena events, the website, outreach, staff, and administration.

Through honesty and talks, Women of Faith seeks to bring the message that "God loves you - regardless of where you are in life" in order to "see women set free to a lifestyle of God's grace."

The conference is "super-charged" with "messages of hope and humor," women will be able to recharge their spiritual batteries," "rejoice with music from top Christian music artists," "reconnect with God and each other," "revitalize," and "relax in the comforting knowledge that God loves you."

One attendee said, “I had never attended anything like this in my life and to be honest, I was not prepared for the enormous spiritual lift that I received in those two days" to which Women of Faith heartily agrees.

Upcoming conferences will be Shreveport, LA from April 1-2 at the CenturyTel Center and
Houston, TX from April 8-9 at the Toyota Center, and Columbus, OH from April 15-16 at the Nationwide Arena.

With the three R's, "Refreshment," "Reality Without Reproach," and "Relationships," the conference seeks to bring women together for two nights of "spiritual uplifting" and "fun."

By Refreshment, they mean sharing "laughter," "tears" and "FUN." It is "getting together with your closest girlfriends for a weekend," "multipl[ied] by 10,000 or so."

"Reality without Reproach" emphasizes that the speakers are "not perfect" and neither should you be. In an effort to "encourage women, not condemn," the "speakers are real women who share stories from their real lives."

Planners really attempt to make the women who attend feel welcome. "Even those who have never set foot in a church feel comfortable at our conferences. You can check your mask at the door. You’re welcome just as you are," states Women of Faith.

In terms of "Relationships," they have placed the priority on connecting with God and each other. "At Women of Faith we believe that God loves you – no matter what your situation in life may be," and work to open women up to a relationship with God.

"Through our conferences, more than 150,000 women have indicated decisions to start or renew that relationship," Women of Faith stated on their website.

In addition, the attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with other women.
