'X Factor 2015' might have just two weeks left if ratings don't improve!

Rumors are speculating that the hit UK singing reality competition could be axed if the show's ratings do not improve in the next two weeks!

The reality show once held the top spot on Saturday night TV shows, but the ratings of the show have recently been declining. According to the Daily Star UK, "X Factor 2015" has been defeated by its competition "Strictly Come Dancing," in the war for viewers. The report said that BBC's Strictly Come Dancing has earned 1.2 million viewers more than Simon Cowell's talent search.

International Business Times said that while an average of 7.6 million viewers tuned in to the X Factor's 12th series, it is still the lowest number of viewers the show had during its 10-year run. This is despite Cowell's claims that this is the "best season" of the show to date.

Talk show host Graham Norton even slammed the show for being "endless." "I haven't watched 'X Factor' the past few years because it just seems so long now," the host said during his interview with the Radio Times.

The TV presenter also said that the reality show has now lost its credibility. "Also, the people aren't very good, so to all the judges' comments of: 'I'd buy your album tomorrow' you think: 'You're never having an album'. You wouldn't throw 50p at them if they were busking in the Tube," Norton added.

According to an insider, the X Factor bosses have now required the judges and hosts for an "image overhaul." The show's producer wants to ensure that all viewers are with them while Strictly Come Dancing is in a two-week break. Fans will see Nick Grimshaw with a new slick hairdo, Caroline Flack with a newly detoxed body, and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini with sexier outfits. "While it's off air for a two-week break, bosses know this is their chance to boost popularity for X Factor," said the source.
