Xbox One and Xbox 360 Deals With Gold This Week: Great Deals for 'Far Cry 4,' 'Overwatch,' and More

New discounts for some of the top Xbox games have arrived for this week, as revealed by Microsoft on Monday, Sep. 18. All these offers, which include headliners like "Overwatch" and "Far Cry 4," are good until Monday, Sep. 25.

Xbox's Major Nelson has listed the new deals for Xbox Live and Xbox Live Gold members, headlined by "Overwatch: Game of the Year Edition" now available for $39 for a limited time.

There's also great value in the "Battlefield 1" bundle that adds in all its DLC with an Expansion Pass, all of it available for $42.

The DLCs can also be bought piecemeal for those who have the game already, with all expansions available for discounts until next week Monday. Players can also opt to grab "Titanfall 2" with "Battlefield 1" in a bundle, now available for 25 percent less.

The "Far Cry" series, meanwhile, is represented by the acclaimed "Far Cry 4," which is now just $16 this week, while "Far Cry Primal" is available for $20, as Gamespot notes.

Xbox 360 owners have their share of promos too, headlined by the groundbreaking "Battlefield: Bad Company 2" now available for just $8. Rockstar's "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" and "Midnight Club LA" are now at $7.50 each, From the same company, both "LA Noire" and "Max Payne 3" are now discounted down to $10.

The best discount, like always, is free, and Xbox is giving away a couple of new titles with their Games with Gold promo for September. Starting Saturday, Sep. 16, "Battlefield 3" costs zero dollars for Xbox Live Gold subscribers, along with indie hit "Oxenfree."

"Forza Motorsport 5," meanwhile, remains free for Gold members all month long.

The video below shows the new developments coming to the game, including changes to D.Va and Mercy mechanics. The "Overwatch" Game of the Year edition is now available for 35 percent less on Xbox One for a limited time.
