Xbox One List of Games Revealed
The Xbox One, once known as Project Durango and the Xbox 720, was unveiled by Microsoft at the end of last month.
Microsoft promised to release 15 exclusive games for the console during its first year of release. Other titles were also confirmed to be coming out for the system, according to a list made by IGN.
This list of confirmed games for Xbox One includes Assassins Creed 4, Battlefield 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Destiny, Dying Light, Madden 25, and many more. The rest of this list, along with the unconfirmed games for the system, can be seen here.
Microsoft revealed details about the Xbox One at a special unveiling event that took place on May 21.
The company not only announced the hardware, but also confirmed the name of the system, the Xbox One.
The console features 8GB of RAM, an 8-Core CPU, 500GB hard drive, a Blu-ray drive, HDMI in and out ports, USB 3.0, 802.11n wireless, and a built-in Kinect sensor. Microsoft described the Xbox One as an "all in one system" that is made for encompassing games, entertainment and television in one device.
Unlike Sony, Microsoft displayed the actual system to the crowd and those watching the livestream.
The graphic capabilities on the Xbox One were displayed during the introduction of the new Call of Duty: Ghosts game. Three comparisons were made during the presentation that featured images taken from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and the company's next-generation Ghosts title. The difference in graphic capabilities was astounding as the new system is able to create visuals with life-like detail, all the way from the scars on a man's skin to the hairs on a dog.
The console boasts a sleek look, with an all-black frame. The controller, however, looks almost identical to the one found on the Xbox 360.
