Xbox One New Releases: 'AIPD,' 'Lovely Planet,' 'G Prime Into the Rain,' 'Hyper Void'
Microsoft has announced four new titles that are now available for Xbox One gamers to play with. These are "AIPD," "Hyper Void," "G Prime," and "Lovely Planet."
"AIPD" now available for pre-order
"AIPD," which stands for Artificial Intelligence Police Department, is now available for pre-order and pre-download from the Xbox Store. The shooter game from developer Blazing Badger is influenced by 80s neon art styles and arcade. Players will have a variety of weapons, like howitzer, shotgun, and phaser, and modifications to battle evil artificial intelligences cooperatively with up to four other players.

The game, which was created using Epic Games' Unreal Engine 4, can now be bought on pre-order for $9.99. "AIPD" will release on Jan. 29.
"Lovely Planet"
This first-person shooter game from developer QuickTequila puts players on a journey to reach Lovely Planet. To achieve this goal and to dodge or take down enemies, the character player's control has "boots of speed," an infinite supply of semi-automatic ammunition, and can jump very high. The game offers hundreds of levels, five worlds with multiple secrets, and one "faraway destination."
Those interested in "Lovely Planet" but not quite sold out on the game can try it out for free. The game is priced at $9.99.
"Hyper Void"
Another shooter game, this time from developer IN|Frames Technology, is now available from the Xbox Store. "Hyper Void" places players in galaxies and cross-dimensional wormholes in a 3D experience all set to the tune of an upbeat progressive soundtrack. The game offers players more than 25 levels, each with its own set of challenges and a big boss. But boss battles are not limited to each level only, as each skill will also be tested with three boss showdowns.
"Hyper Void" can be purchased for $9.99.
"G Prime Into the Rain"
Based on 2008's iOS game "G Prime," Soma Games now releases an updated 3D arcade version for the Xbox One. "G Prime Into the Rain" is the first installment out of four that will put players in the shoes of a sounding officer on the Ptolemy Station. The spaceship will explore The Rain, a vast uncharted and mysterious solar system consisting of gas and dust.
The game offers 25 hours of gameplay where players can control rockets to aid in their exploration of The Rain. As players go through their journey, they will meet 10 corporations across 50 levels, the last of which is a hidden level.
"G Prime Into the Rain" is now available from the Xbox One store for $14.99.
