Xbox One Specs: Console Will Turn on Faster Than Most Televisions
A Microsoft executive made the bold claim that the Xbox One will likely turn on faster than a television when the console is on its standby mode setting.
Xbox Director of Planning Albert Penello made the statement on Reddit while explaining the three stages of the console, On, Off, and Standby.
"[Standby] is the mode we'd like to see people in, obviously, so you get back to gaming or watching TV really quick. From standby, it's likely the Xbox will be on before the TV is completely powered up," Penello said in the thread.

With this new information, it is possible to boot the game and have it ready to be played all before the TV fully turns on because gamers will be able to use the voice commands of Kinect to set themselves up without having to even see the screen.
Microsoft just released a new trailer for the Xbox One that shows off the console dashboard multitasking with Kinect voice commands. The person in the video is multitasking the Xbox One to the max just by simply telling the console to. He switches between watching a movie, Skyping with a friend, playing a video game and recording its footage.

Xbox One's latest TV trailer is probably the best commercial they have put out yet. In "Xbox One: Invitation," the central theme is simple; invite the public to give this next-gen console a shot.
The trailer features various shots from different games with the main characters waving over passerby's to enter into the Xbox One and join them.
"This is an invitation to a new generation. Where your games and entertainment are no longer separated, but together in one. This is an invitation from the all-in-one, Xbox One. Jump ahead," the video description says.

The Xbox One is set for a Nov. 22 release in the U.S. and retail for $499.99.
