'Xenoblade Chronicles 2' News: Quests Will Not Be in Short Supply in the Upcoming Game
Titans in the game will also provide players with numerous areas to explore
"Xenoblade Chronicles 2" is expected to be one of the more feature-filled Nintendo Switch titles, and it may require players to pour in several hours of gameplay if they want to see everything included.
Quests, in particular, are expected to be quite plentiful inside the upcoming game.
Recently, director Tetsuya Takahashi shared more about where the game is at right now in a message that has been posted over on Nintendo's Japanese website.
NeoGAF user "CAAAAAAAAAAAW" provided a translation of Takahashi's post.
In the message, Takahashi talked about checking on the game recently and sorting through the "enormous amount of quests."
That not-so-subtle tease from Takahashi can help get fans even more excited for this new Switch offering.
Previous installments of the "Xenoblade Chronicles" franchise have certainly not been lacking when it comes to quests, with many of them varying in terms of length and what they asked players to do.
The good news here for fans is that it sounds like quests are going to remain abundant in "Xenoblade Chronicles 2" and that should translate to hours upon hours of gameplay.
It is not just the quests that will be plentiful in the new game.
Similar to those aforementioned earlier installments, the next entry in the series is also expected to give players access to a gigantic world.
Inhabiting the game world known as Alrest are the massive beings known as Titans. The settings found on the backs of these Titans can differ significantly and over the course of going through the game, players can expect to become very familiar with them.
The backs of the Titans are also home to other creatures, and there will also be many of them included.
Players will be able to take on the quests, explore the environments and fight with all the monsters featured in "Xenoblade Chronicles 2" as soon as the game is released on Dec. 1.
