Xiaomi Redmi Pro Leaks: Features and Specs Include DSLR-like Photos
Rumors about the upcoming China-based smartphone model Xiaomi Redmi Pro's camera has been spreading online. It is said that the new smartphone is going to have a photography effect feature called "Bokeh" effect.
A couple of photos was leaked Thursday on a Chinese social media site, Weibo, revealing that it was allegedly shot with the smartphone's dual rear camera. The two leaked photos show a photo of a dog lying on a bench with the background view of the beach, and a cat on the bed. Articles have described the photos as if they were taken with a DSLR camera, but the Weibo user named Chai Jijun, known to be a credible leak source, claimed that the photos were taken by the Xiaomi Redmi Pro device.
The quality of the images posted have gained amazement from Xiaomi fans and buyers for those photos leaked had established a great bokeh effect. The word "bokeh" was derived from the Japanese "boke-aji" which means "blur." Bokeh is an aesthetic camera effect used on parts of a scene that lie on out-of-focus regions.
It is said that the dual rear camera rumor started when there were two spotted camera lenses in posted image that shows the exterior design of the smartphone.
Specifications and Features
Aside from the camera rumor, users who are looking forward to buying the device are also anticipating on the different features and specs the device could give them.
The Xiaomi Redmi Pro, or also known as Redmi Note 4 is the successor Redmi Note 3. The Redmi Note 4 is expected to have a 5.5 inch full HD display, MediaTek deca-core processor, 4GB RAM, and 4,100mAh battery.
The Redmi Pro is the second all-metal smartphone next to Mi 3. Xiaomi had also confirmed that a device described as "mysterious little friend" will be released together with the latest Redmi device on July 27, 2016. Price details will also be unveiled on the same day.
