Yu Yureka Note Launched in India, Comes With 6-Inch Display, 4,000mAh Battery, 3 GB of RAM
Indian consumer electronics brand Yu Televentures has recently presented its newest device in their line of smartphones. According to a report by The Indian Express, the subsidiary of Micromax Informatics Pvt Ltd. officially announced a phablet called Yureka Note in India. The device is said to be the first in the line to come with a 6-inch display.
As noted Tech Radar, the device was widely rumored prior to its official launch. It turns out that most of the speculations are in line with the legit details. For starters, the device is said to come along with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a ppi of 357. DNA India also reported that it sports a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for screen protection. It is pre-installed with Android Lollipop but there is no word yet on whether it will be topped with CyanogenMod.
The device is also said to be equipped under the hood with a Mediatek MT 6753T processor paired with 3 GB of RAM. It comes with a native storage capacity of 16 GB and can be expanded further up to 32 GB via microSD card slot. Gadgets 360 also detailed that the new phablet features a 13-megapixel primary camera at the rear with dual-LED flash and an 8-megapixel secondary camera at the front.
Powering it up and keeping its backlight on is a whopping 4,000mAh battery. The device comes with a fingerprint scanner as well which is a level up in feature in the Yureka line. The device produces its music and sound through its dual Speakers with NXP smart PA as reports say, it is just like the other handsets in the Yu series which flaunts a combination of metal and matte for its design.
For its connectivity options, the device supports 4G and comes with the standards like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM and 3G. The Yu Yureka Note also comes with dual-SIM support and accepts two Micro-SIM.
