'Yuki Yuna Is a Hero: Washio Sumi Chapter' Anime Spoilers: Titular Character's Battles Continue in Next Episode
The second season of the Japanese fantasy anime series "Yuki Yuna Is a Hero (Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru)" has begun, but viewers who are just coming into the series are advised to watch the first season first before continuing on with the ongoing anime adaptation of the "Washio Sumi no Shou (Washio Sumi Chapter)."
Long-time fans of the series took to Reddit and MyAnimeList to advice interested viewers of the aforementioned fall anime series to watch the first season first before going into the first half of the second season.
The first six episodes of the on-going season may be covering the first prequel movie series that was shown earlier this year, but they are also bound to reveal some information that could spoil what goes on in season 1, which features events that happened two years after the "Washio Sumi Chapter."

Fans are one in saying that watching the first season is the best choice in order to gain a full understanding of what goes on in the series since the second season goes right into the battle without providing any significant background information on both the heroes and the villains' origins.
The "Washio Sumi Chapter" features the three main characters — Sumi Washio, Sonoko Nogi, and Gin Minowa — who have just been selected by Shinjyu to become heroes against the villainous life-forms known as Vertexes.
Their adventures will be featured in the first six episodes, which will be adapting the movie series with slight differences. By the seventh episode, the anime series will then pick up from where the first season left off with the "Yusha no Shou (Hero Chapter)."
