Zayn Malik has had a tattoo of his girlfriend, Perrie Edwards, inked on his arm, shocking many of his fans who wonder whether the One Direction star will come to regret being so hasty in putting the permanent mark of his girlfriend on his body.

Malik and Edwards were seen out recently at the Teen Choice Awards 2013, and OMG! was able to speak to Edwards to find out how she felt about the tattoo of her.

She insisted that she was flattered that he had gotten the tattoo of her.
She said: "It must be love to be honest. When I'm away from him, I guess he can just take a look at his arm and remind him of me. So it's a lovely compliment really. I love it, it's lovely."
Edwards herself is also a musician, being part of the band Little Mix. She accompanied Malik to the Teen Choice Awards at the weekend.
The event was an eventful one with Malik's One Direction band mate, Harry Styles, gaining a lot of attention for twerking it on camera. However, Malik and Edwards also attracted a lot of attention at the event.
