White House insists they haven't found evidence of aliens
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre began the Feb. 13 White House press briefing by assuring reporters that "no indication of aliens or extraterrestrial activity" with the "recent takedowns."
Later in the press conference, one reporter noted that "the top officials in the Pentagon, when asked explicitly if they were ruling out any kind of extraterrestrial presence, said they weren't ruling anything out."
When asked how that squared with Jean-Pierre's insistence that the objects shot down had no connection to extraterrestrial life, Kirby stressed that "I don't think the American people need to worry about aliens, with respect to these craft. Period. I don't think there's any more that needs to be said there."
