Our Behavior Follows Our Belief System
A BIBLICAL INTELLIGENCE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE TODAY… NOT ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE
Which is being called “the new religion”.
“The A-I could possibly radically change our society as we know it today.” ~~ Elon Musk
“IBM has already paused the hiring of 7,000 new employees with the possibility of having them replaced by A-I.
World economic forum contributor says that A.I could rewrite the Bible” ~~ CBN
Here is my dream: My dream is to achieve or develop a worldwide movement that encourages people to understand and live like their body is the Temple of God.
“To recognize and receive the wondrous truth of being God’s Temple is the beginning of walking and living a supernatural life.” ~~ Michael Ellison
“Dream a dream so big that if God is not in it, it will fail.” ~~ Hudson Taylor
“The Bible has all the answers to all of our problems if we would only read and obey it.” ~~ President Ronald Reagan
Covid changed the world forever.
“Who will save us now that the monster Covid-19 has humbled our country and the world and has forever opened up millions of eyes to this risky universe once more. But for societies founded on Biblical principles, pandemics need not make for the end. This is a call for repentance and revival. Great struggles can produce great clarity.
In the Old Testament, it would seem that men of spiritual resources may not only redeem catastrophe but turn the moment into a creative opportunity” ~~ The Wall Street Journal
Two examples:
King Hezekiah. Hezekiah was the 13th king after David as king of Judah at Jerusalem and inherited his country in deep deep despair. The first thing Hezekiah did was to repair the Temple and return his people to honor and worship God. Prosperity – healing – revival – protection returned to Judah. Application: today our bodies are the Temple of God; I Corinthians 3:16,17. Think about this! (Chapter 13 in “Your Body is God’s Temple”)
Habakkuk. Habakkuk was living during the times of a pandemic and was very discouraged. He prayed to God and said, ‘what do I do?’. God’s response: “write a vision”. “the just shall live by his faith”. Habakkuk 2:4. The major theme of the Book of Habakkuk is the vital important of living by faith because “without faith it is impossible to please God”. Hebrews 11:6 (Chapter 8 in “Your Body is God’s Temple”)
This theme is reported 3 times in the New Testament: Romans 1:17; Galatians 3:11; Hebrews 10:37-39. This was the theme that inspired Martin Luther for The Reformation, which changed the world. This allowed him to make this quote: “a Gospel that does not deal with the issues of the day is not a Gospel at all”.
Habakkuk apparently lives the rest of his life by faith because he gives us 3 important concepts:
- Rest in the Lord
- Stand still and wait for the Lord
- Fret not yourself
Application: what is your vision? Are you waiting on the Lord?
OUR STORY
Why did I write 3 books? I never thought of myself as an author. The Lord has blessed me abundantly over the years. By the Lord to have been a successful pastor and a businessman.
The Wall Street Journal article played a major role in our thinking. Covid 19 affected Ruth and I, like Habakkuk, when we lost our business and 80% of our net worth. This drove me to the Word of God like never before and our 3 books and podcasts tell our story. All I want to do is to love and honor the Lord and help as many people as possible.
So, I followed the advice of King Hezekiah and knowing that our bodies are now the Temple of God (I Cor. 3:16,17), I ended up writing a book. “Your Body is God’s Temple”. Two of the biggest lessons learned were:
- As God’s Temple, He gives us the step-by-step plan on how to profit from trials; chapter 3. Amazing!
- The fact that Jesus Christ is now our High Priest, and we have access to Him 7/24; Hebrews 4:14-16
This led me to write a second book, “God’s Spiritual Authority”. When we live as HIS Temple, He gives us the keys (competent authority). Matthew 16:18,19. This was a big learning curve. As with any key, one must use the key to unlock something! God’s spiritual authority can only be unlocked by repentance and faith. This truth is amazing.
Here is a huge example of spiritual authority which is very much required today. God will heal (divine intervention) our land IF (our decision) we do four things:
- Humble ourselves
- Pray
- Seek after God
- Repent of sin
God’s promise then is: “I will forgive their sins and heal their land”. II Chronicles 7:13-15. ‘Heal’ means ‘divine intervention’.
God created us with a free will. There are over 1500 ‘if’s’ line the Bible. The foundation of Christianity is based upon two major choices by us:
- Repentance
- Faith
The title of my third book is “The 33 Things the Holy Spirit Does for Us”. Jesus, in His last words, promised the power of the Holy Spirit just before ascending into Heaven. Acts 1:7,8
All 33 things are important but the one that changed my direction was #31, page 77 in the book, “the Holy Spirit is a person and is totally God as part of the Trinity along with God the Father and God the Son. There are 10 things that grieve the Holy Spirit and 11 things that please the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 4:25-32… I read these at least once a week.
“Remember! The Word of God was not given to us for information but our transformation.” ~~ D.L. Moody
How important is it to possess a Biblical worldview? Here are just 3 reasons:
- God created male and female in His own image to have dominion over all His vast resources. Why?
a. To serve God Almighty Genesis 1:27,28
b. To serve our fellow man - God knew you and approved of you as His chosen instrument even before you were born. Jeremiah 1:5
- God says: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and that your body may keep well. Even as I know your soul keeps well and prospers.” III John 2
CONCLUSION
What Ruth and I have experienced by stepping out in faith and by obeying the Biblical principles is truly supernatural.

FINAL THOUGHT
Spiritual authority includes our willingness to pray for those in authority over us, even if we disagree with them. I Timothy 2:1-4
God bless the U.S.A. and Canada and the world. And may God receive all the glory.
