Robert Craig Films, No Address, and "The Big 5" Creates a Movement to Help the Urgent Issue of Homelessness
Current statistics show that 1.2 million adults and 1.5 million children are currently experiencing homelessness. In 2024, the number of unsheltered individuals reached a record high, and it’s not getting better.
The struggles of the unhoused often fade into the background amidst the noise of so many attention-grabbing headlines. Robert Craig Films’, a faith infused production company out of California, has stepped up with a movement driven by a 5-production approach to raise awareness, foster empathy, and inspire tangible action to end this crisis.
Their initiative, called The Big 5 utilizes a multi-faceted media approach that includes a feature movie called No Address, a documentary called Americans With No Address, a study guide, a soundtrack, and an about to be released novelization of the screenplay No Address, authored by 15x New York Times Bestselling Author Ken Abraham. Additionally, Robert Craig Films is pledging 50% of the net proceedsfrom the five No Address productions will be donated to over 1,000 organizations and churches nationwide that are tirelessly working to combat the homelessness crisis within their communities.
The full length motion picture, No Address, stars a leading cast including William Baldwin, Ashanti, Xander Berkeley, Beverly D’Angelo, Ty Pennington, Lucas Jade Zumann, Kristanna Loken, Patricia Velasquez and Isabella Ferreira. The film tells the story of a group of individuals who must come together as a family to survive the streets after finding themselves homeless due to unforeseen circumstances. No Address offers hope, humanity, and resilience as these characters navigate the challenges of life with no physical address. Inspired by true events, this film is a testament to the enduring human spirit and the transformative power of community.
The upcoming release of the No Address, a novel on September 10th, is based on the critically acclaimed dramatic movie, which is inspired by true events, and shows how homelessness could happen to anyone. Ken Abraham uses vivid storytelling and heartfelt narrative, deepening the conversation around these pressing issues surrounding those experiencing homelessness, and sparking meaningful conversations that will in turn drive positive change and build a movement. The novel is available for pre-order now.
Ken Abraham shares, "I look for stories that have the potential to transform the fabric of our society, and No Address rises to the top in that category. To help someone who has no way of repaying you is one of the greatest joys in life and I believe No Address can inspire that sort of response in millions of people."
"Homelessness can happen to anyone, but everyone has the power to make a difference. It starts right in our own communities," says Founder and Producer Robert Craig. "We are bringing the stories of those experiencing homelessness to the forefront so they are not forgotten, and we've made it simple to help by offering actionable steps and real solutions—there's no time to waste."
