'3on3 Freestyle' News: Learn More About What This Recently Released Basketball Game Brings to the Court

Different characters inside '3on3 Freestyle' provide players with multiple ways to strategize and succeed

"3on3 Freestyle" is a recently released basketball game that aims to provide an alternative for those players who are themselves seeking a different take on how the sport is played within this medium.

First off, players will notice right away that the art style of this basketball sim is different from what they may see in other titles that are focused on the sport.

The game makes use of the Unreal Engine to power its eye-catching art style and players may also notice that the roster of characters available to them is not similar to the ones found in other basketball games.

Instead, the game comes with its own set of unique characters and they differ significantly from each other as well, with some better suited for draining shots from the outside while others specialize in fighting for baskets down low.

Currently, there are 15 available characters in the game and they are divided by positions, so there are three each of point guards, shooting guards, small forwards, power forwards and centers for players to choose from.

Players are incentivized to find the right combination of characters to put out there on the court, as being unable to find a group that clicks can lead to the losses piling up inside "3on3 Freestyle."

Players also need to be mindful of how they manage their characters inside the game as there are additional skills and features waiting to be unlocked for those who show that they belong on the court, according to a post on the game's official website.

Aside from the online multiplayer mode that can support six different players, there's also a couch co-op offering that can enable three friends to team up and discover how well they work together.

More news about "3on3 Freestyle" should be made available in the near future and players interested in trying out this basketball game can now get it for the PlayStation 4.
