Adele Weight Jab: Joan Rivers Mocks 'Fat' Adele, 'Boring' Ann Curry (VIDEO)

Adele's weight has been mocked in a jab by comedian Joan Rivers, according to reports. The latest jab is the second time that Rivers has attacked Adele for her weight, and her crude weight jokes have not gone down well with fans.

Rivers allegedly took a second swipe at the "Rolling in the Deep" star, again mocking the popular singer for nothing else other than her weight.

Rivers was speaking to the Huffington Post about her recent TV appearance on David Letterman, which came shortly after the 2013 Oscars in which Adele sand her award-winning song from "Skyfall."

In that interview with Letterman, a rather crude Joan Rivers tried to make a joke at Adele's expense by saying the singer was not "Rolling in the Deep" by rolling in fried chicken.

When questioned about that insult by the Huff Post, Rivers refused to backpedal by insisting that she was not being "mean" but that it "was funny."

Rivers said, "It's funny, it's not mean! She's a chubby lady who's very, very rich and she should just calm down or lose weight."

"She wanted an apology, so I took an ad out on her a**. I said, 'You are not fat.' And then I had room for a lot of other ads."

"Adele is beautiful and successful ... [but] let's face reality, she's fat," Rivers said.

Rivers did not stop there, and has mocked another hugely popular celebrity, Ann Curry.

On the former "Today" show host, Rivers said, "First of all, Ann Curry, with all due respect… [snoring sound]. I'll be Ann Curry and just say, 'I like coffee.' …

"'Do you really like coffee? Do you really like coffee? Really? That's making me cry that you like coffee.' I used to scream at the set, 'Shut up, b****!'"

She added, "But she's a very nice woman, and I've heard Matt Lauer is a toughie. I think they're blaming it all on him and I think it's very unfair. I think the real problem is, it's run by a lot of white men — 'We all went to Ivy League schools' — and they didn't keep up with the times."
