'Agent Carter' Season 2 Spoilers, Plot News and Rumors: Atwell and the Stunts

A new look in the upcoming season of "Agent Carter" revealed Peggy fitting in with her new environment.

Season 2 of "Agent Carter" will experience the move of Peggy Carter, played by Haley Atwell, to Hollywood, California. A teaser poster showed Peggy standing with wavy hair and red lipstickwith with Hollywood as her background. It was reported by Entertainment Weekly that the mini-poster will be available at the New York Comic-Con this Oct. 9. With that, Peggy will remain the strong woman she was seen in the previous season.

Actress Hayley Atwell is even just as strong in real life. She explained that she actually did all her stunts for the season. She said, "I did all my own stunts. I had two stunt coordinators, who would train me, to learn the fights like a dance sequence. They would break them down for me, and I did quite a bit of it in drama school as well, so it's kind of in muscle memory, in my body, about unarmed combat, as we called it."

She added that doing all the stunts served as a great release for her stress and frustrations. She did say that she had some challenges doing all the stunts in heels and a pencil skirt.

Atwell also shared that her and Peggy are somewhat similar in character, as she described Peggy as "relatable and resourceful."

She said, "I think there's something quite enigmatic about her in ['Captain America'], because she seems very capable and very strong, but you understand that there must be something underneath that. And there must be a psychological, emotional cost to being this super spy."

It was also revealed that she will be moving on from Captain America in the upcoming season. With that, it is expected that she will find a new love for the episodes to come.

"Agent Carter" season 2 will air this winter.
