Air Jordan 2015 Release Date: Holiday 2015 Retro Lineup, Air Jordan 7, Air Jordan 8

With the holidays just around the corner, Nike's Jordan Brand will soon be releasing their lineup in time for Christmas.

Nike's Holiday 2015 Retro line of Air Jordan basketball shoes are due to make their annual appearance near the end of the year, including those previewed in February.

With the 23rd anniversary of the Air Jordan 7 this year, fans will be able to get their hands on the as-yet-unreleased "Sweater" colorway that's slated to debut during the holiday season. Sporting a unique graphic print inspired by the sweater Michael Jordan wore in one of his classic Bugs Bunny commercials, it comes with its own neoprene sock liner for additional comfort.

The Air Jordan 8 is also expected to make a return since its 2007 debut. The heavily padded model is guaranteed to keep the wearer's feet warn during winter, and will make a comeback with the Air Jordan "Aqua" inspired by the Phoenix Suns.

The Air Jordan 14 from the 1998-1999 season is also making a comeback, together with an Air Jordan 1 iteration inspired by Michael Jordan's alma mater and hence named the "UNC."

Other anticipated releases include the Jordan 1 KO, Jordan 1.5, Statue Jordan 9, Jordan 11 IE Low, and Jordan 11 IE Mid.

Sneakers previewed in early July this year will be making their appearance in 2016, including three pairs of legacy sneakers that will be part of a collection paying homage to Michael Jordan's highly memorable achievements in the sport.

Jordan Brand watchers can expect to see the Air Jordan 2016 Spring "Poster" Collection featuring the Air Jordan 2 in "Wing It" colorway, and the Air Jordan 12 in "Master" colorway.

The 2016 models will also include Air Jordan 2, Air Jordan 4, and Air Jordan 5 Low in three unique colorways, and the "Dunk From Above" Collection comprised of an Air Jordan 1 and an Air Jordan 4 inspired by Michael Jordan's famous dunk flights.
