Alyson Hannigan is Pregnant
Alyson Hannigan, star of “How I Met Your Mother” has confirmed that she is pregnant for the second time.
Hannigan, who plays Lily in “How I Met Your Mother,” has been married since 2003 to actor Alexis Denisof. The two met while acting on the set of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.” They are already parents of 2-year-old Satyana, who Hannigan has described as the “greatest baby.”
In a 2010 interview with US Weekly, Hannigan said of motherhood, "It filled a void I never knew was there -- it's the most amazing experience of my life. I just feel so blessed to get to be on this journey, to be a mommy.”

The actress also played in three “American Pie” films. She will debut in a fourth "American Pie" film titled “American Reunion” which is set to come out April 6, 2012.
The new pregnancy announcement will suit her “How I Met Your Mother” character as well, who is also pregnant on the show.
“How I Met Your Mother” is a comedy series on CBS that began in 2005. In March 2011, it was announced that the show would continue for two additional years.
The actress, commenting on her pregnancy, wrote Friday on Twitter, "We are beyond happy!"
