Amanda Bynes on Kid Cudi: Calls Rapper 'Ugly,' Contemplates Singing Career (VIDEO)
Amanda Bynes recently went on another Twitter tirade due to ongoing criticism regarding her erratic behavior, this time she lashed out at hip-hop artist Kid Cudi and Complex Magazine.
Bynes, 27, has displayed a series of troubling behavior in recent months which has led to speculation that the troubled actress may be on a downward spiral. The former child star again lashed out at media outlets Tuesday for reporting on her bizarre behavior, insisting that she is fine and not suffering from mental health issues.
"@ComplexMag Stop acting like I'm doing something wrong. I'm obsessed with myself on twitter. Also, my video last night was perfection. I'm so sick of the articles u write about me. I want every fake article deleted," Bynes tweeted April 16.
According to tweets posted by Bynes in 2010, the former Nickelodeon star briefly dated Cudi, whose real name is Scott Mescudi. She randomly lashed out at the rapper during Tuesdays Twitter tirade by suggesting that he is "ugly."
"Ur d--- whipped by my ugly ex @ducidni [Kid Cudi] who's looks and talent have always been questionable to me, him being the ugly duckling that he is and all," Bynes tweeted before bizarrely going on to compare herself to him.
"U quote him non stop, then take professional shots of him for ur covers, his best photos aren't s--- compared to mine at my best," she wrote.
In recent months Bynes has drastically altered her appearance various times; she has also allegedly been spotted acting strangely during several random solo outings. In addition to sexually explicit and offensive tweets, the actress has been photographed publicly smoking unknown substances; and she has had several driving mishaps and faces ongoing legal woes, which has allegedly concerned her family members.
After openly lashing out at the men's magazine and Cudi, Bynes implied that she is pursuing a singer career in the odd and evidently jumbled tweet.
"You make people look bad, stop acting like you know anything about what men like. I don't stop getting follwed or hit on every place I go," she tweeted to Complex magazine.
"I'm not trying to sing, but if I did (I got offered an Interscope record deal right after I filmed Hairspray which you might know if you sat down and did a normal interview. I still might take them up on their offer) get the facts as opposed to talking s---," she went on, adding "My music is going to be sicker then whatever the f--- kind of music Scott tries to do. Stop writing articles without speaking to me first."
The parents of Bynes, Lynn and Rick, are reportedly urging their daughter to move out of New York and back to her native of California amid growing concerns for her mental well being.
"It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at Amanda and surmise that she is having some sort of crisis. Her makeover is just one example of her troubling behavior. Her parents just wish the media would leave Amanda alone, because it's only making the situation worse. Amanda is lost and she refuses to get help," a source reportedly told RadarOnline.com.
"Her parents are powerless to do anything because she is 27 years of age and there is very little they can do, under the law," the source added.
