'American Horror Story: Hotel' Spoilers, Plot News: Ramona Exacts Revenge On The Countess; Show Slammed For Being Too 'Vile and Shocking'

The latest season of FX's hit horror anthology "American Horror Story: Hotel" has an episode that will finally get to introduce Angela Bassett's Ramona Royale. According to spoiler reports, the character is hell bent on exacting her plans of revenge on The Countess (Lady Gaga).

For those who missed it, Ramona has been revealed earlier by Entertainment Weekly to be romantically-linked to the former owner of the infamous hotel. Perhaps in this episode, fans will get to know the reason behind the split as well as what drives her to get her revenge on her ex-lover.

Bassett, however, divulged that viewers will get to be introduced to Ramona as a retired actress.

"She came out of the business because she went into a long-standing, fulfilling relationship with The Countess, which was new for her. Until then she absolutely saw herself as a heterosexual woman, but she's become more fluid. But things sort of went off the rails, so now they have this acrimonious relationship," she said (via D&T).

Interestingly enough, the promo trailer for the episode titled "Mommy" saw Ramona targeting Donovan (Matt Bomer) to hurt The Countess. However, their conflict will apparently make them close with Donovan being "loved and discarded the same way Ramona has." This consequently makes them allies in their quest to bring down the Countess.

Meanwhile, news broke out lately concerning the show getting labelled as "unbelievably explicit."

The report says that the Parents Television Council was quite outraged by Ryan Murphy's brainchild for being too gruesome for a small screen show.

Tim Winter, the president of the censorship organization, sent out an email urging subscribers of the network for an "advertiser boycott of the series."

In his letter, he calls the scripted program the "most vile and shocking content" he had ever seen on TV, "ever."

"American Horror Story: Hotel" airs Wednesdays on FX.
