'American Horror Story: Hotel' Season 5 Spoilers: More Characters to be Introduced, Dark Secrets Will Be Revealed
The "American Horror Story: Hotel" season premiere arrived last Wednesday and it sent out chills to everyone who watched the first episode. Now, the show is about to air its second episode titled "Chutes and Ladders," which is expected to be even darker and grislier than the first.
According to a report by International Business Times, more guests will be checking in at the creepy Hotel Cortez. The show will also be introducing the other characters including newcomer Will Drake (Cheyenne Jackson), who will be bringing to the hotel some "couture." Evan Peters will also make his first appearance in the fifth season as Mr. James March, who, as Ryan Murphy told Entertainment Weekly, will be revealed as the "worst human being."
"Usually Evan is the tortured good guy or the tortured ingénue," said Murphy. "But this year we decided to go a very different route and just make him perhaps the worst human being to have ever lived."
Aside from that, Finn Wittrock's character will also be introduced. He will play a tortured crystal meth-using male model. Naomi Campbell will also make a debut in the next episode as a bored "Vogue" magazine editor named Claudia Bankson.
The synopsis said that Countess Elizabeth (Lady Gaga) will be drawn to one of the models who visits the hotel. Looking at the promo video, it looks like it's going to be Wittrock's character.
Viewers will also be seeing Detective John Lowe (Wes Bentley) exploring the enigmatic building. As he tries to figure out what's happening in the hotel, he will learn a dark secret including that of the hotel's sadistic first owner.
The upcoming episode will also be exploring the romantic exploits of Gaga and Matt Bomer's characters and will show hypodermic Sally (Sarah Paulson) having a meltdown when she learns that her name is not on the guest list for an event that is taking place inside the building.
"American Horror Story: Hotel" season 5 episode 2 will air on FX on Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 10 p.m. ET.
