Moreover, the mystery that was introduced back in Episode 1 will continue to be unravelled this week. As such, John Lowe (Wes Bentley) is determined more than ever to find out what really is going on in Hotel Cortez. His probing will lead him deeper into the discovery of the "hotel's sadistic first owner."

As revealed, Mr. James March (Evan Peters) was the one who put up the art deco tower way back in the 1930s. The establishment, however, has served as a sadistic labyrinth which March uses to capture, torture and kill the guests – an act which very much reflects to the real-life H.H. Holmes case.

For fans of the anthology, they can catch "Chutes and Ladders" on FX this Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 10 p.m. on FX channel. For non-television goers, they can look up for the new "American Horror Story: Hotel" episode online through their computers, mobile devices and smart TVs by accessing on the official FX Now link.
