Anaheim Ducks vs Colorado Avalanche Live Stream: Watch Online NHL 2013 Hockey (Start Time, TV Info)

Anaheim Ducks vs Colorado Avalanche takes place on Wednesday night in the NHL as the 2013 season gets underway. The game will see Patrick Roy make his NHL debut as a head coach, and he will be desperate to get off to a winning start. The game will start at 9.30 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream (details below).

Roy of course is best known as being one of the best goalie's in the business. The legendary start won a number of Stanley Cups in his playing years, and was drafted into the team this summer to try and help them return to the playoffs for the first time since the 2009-2010 season.

The Avalanche had a terrible season last term, finishing last in the Western Conference, but managed to win the draft lottery. They used their first pick to select MacKinnon and will be hoping that they can experience a serious revival this year.

Meanwhile the Ducks finished in second place in the West last season but were unable to overcome the Detroit Red Wings over seven games in the opening round.

Going on the road to start the season suits some:

Teemu Selanne said, according to Anaheim's official website, said: "I really believe there's less distraction when you start on the road. But, the focus right now is having a good start. It's going to make a lot of things easier."

"You get away from the hassle," added Saku Koivu. "You can really focus on the first couple games. We spend two days in between the first and second games. We can get some time as a team, some bonding time. If you can get some wins, it's a really good thing to start on the road."

Anaheim Ducks vs Colorado Avalanche will start at 9.30 p.m. ET and can be watched on RDS, PT Alti, or online through NHL Game Center live stream by clicking here.
