Kenya Moore, Porsha Williams Fight Sparks Andy Cohen to Announce New Rule

Andy Cohen, the well-known executive on Bravo TV, has made an announcement after a controversial fight took place on "Real Housewives of Atlanta."

Cohen came under fire after he hosted the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" reunion special in which the show's stars Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore got into a physical altercation. While the altercation consisted of Williams pulling Moore to the floor by her hair, many fans of the show and some of its stars insisted that the latter's use of props provoked the former.

Moore brought a bullhorn and a scepter to the stage, both of which she aimed at Williams. Now, Cohen is announcing that this behavior will no longer be allowed.

"It's official -- no more props at reunions," Cohen tweeted.

The executive and Bravo personality in his own right defended himself against backlash on Twitter.

"‪@Andy‬ how would you feel if you were on the receiving end of the megaphone," one person question Cohen to which he responded, " I wouldn't like it but I wouldn't get up out of my seat either."

Still, he let people know that he had no intention of letting the women get physical.

"Call me crazy guys but I didn't see that coming," he tweeted. "I hear y'all about the props but at the time I didn't see that result coming."

NeNe Leakes also stars on the show and questioned the use of props while calling out Moore's behavior on her personal blog.

"When is it 'okay' to BULLY someone, then question retaliation," Leakes questioned. "Should there have been a halt to the foolish antics? Should PROPS be allowed in situations such as this?"

Cohen previously commented about the rumors concerning Williams being booted from the series due to the altercation.

"In terms of casting for next season, we haven't made any of those decisions yet.We wait until the season is over, over, over," Cohen told Bravo's The Dish. "We kind of regroup. We look back at the season. We look ahead to what these women have going on in their lives and that's when we assess."
