Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt New Movie Will Be 'Set in Europe'

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are set to star in a new movie together almost a decade after their hit 2005 film "Mr. & Mrs. Smith."

The Hollywood power couple are joining forces for a new project reportedly based on a script written by Jolie, according to People magazine.

Few details have been released about the film but sources claim that the "exciting new venture" will be "set in Europe" and that "people will not want to miss it," JustJared.com reported Monday.

In recent months both Pitt, 50, and Jolie, 38, have been busy working on their respective World War II-era films. Pitts spent most of the winter in London filming "Fury" while his Oscar-winning actress fiancee spent several months directing "Unbroken" in Australia which is currently in post-production.

The couple's last film together, "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," raked in an estimated $478 million at the box office and critics anticipate that a new film would likely also do well based on Pitt and Jolie's powerful name recognition alone.

Jolie is currently gearing up for the May release of her Disney movie "Maleficent" while Pitt's "Fury" is scheduled for release in November. The Hollywood actor has also been enjoying the success of his award-winning movie "12 Years A Slave."

In addition to fulfilling work commitments Pitt and Jolie, who share six children, have been enjoying alone time between breaks.

Last week the engaged couple were seen making their way into Troubadour in Los Angeles where they reportedly watched Japanese singer Miyavi perform. He appears in Jolie's forthcoming film "Unbroken," according to Us magazine.

Jolie wore head to toe black and sported a slicked ponytail with minimal makeup upon entering the West Hollywood Rock club. Pitt opted for his trademark khaki pants and combat boots paired with a jacket.

The couple enjoyed the sold-out show with friends before making a swift exit through the back of the venue.
