Apple Back to School 2015 Deals: Resellers Give Up to $300 Discount for Selected Devices

Apple has had the annual tradition of providing discounts for back-to-school students who will be beginning a new school year soon. But while Apple has already launched its own discount sale, another reseller does not want to be left out.

According to a report by Gotta Be Mobile, retailer B&H Photo is offering discounts for iPads and MacBooks by up to $300 off their original prices. In the report, the iPad minis also get a discount of $70 off for selected models. The 16GB version with Wi-Fi and Cellular support of the iPad mini 3 only costs $429.

Meanwhile, the iPad Air 128GB Wi-Fi edition with Cellular support can be bought by students for just $449, which reportedly is $280 cheaper than the original price tag. The report mentioned that other iPad models are also on sale but the stocks are limited.

In addition to the Apple tablet sales, B&H also provides discounts for newly-purchased MacBook Airs. For the 11-inch MacBook Air that was launched earlier this year, pricing starts at only $799, $100 less than the $899 retail price. The 13-inch 2015 MacBook Air also gets a $100 discount, with its price going down to $899 from $999.

But for students who are looking for the best bang for buck device they could get, B&H offers the 2014 15-inch MacBook Pro with 2.5GHz Core i7 processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB flash storage, and 750M graphics for only $1,999. In case you are wondering that is $300 cheaper than its original price.

Apple's back to school sale won't kick off online until Thursday, but for interested Apple consumers, the devices on sale at B&H are great alternatives.
