Argentina vs Mexico: Watch International Friendly Online, Live Stream, Start Time, Preview
Lionel Messi will lead the South Americans in Texas.
Fans from Texas are in for a treat as Argentina and Mexico clash in an international friendly at the AT&T Stadium.
The match is on September 8, 2015 at 10:30 PM ET.
This should be a very intriguing exhibition game as Argentina is one of the top national teams in the world, while Mexico is also a strong football nation and is currently the top team in the CONCACAF.
The Mexicans recently made their claim as the best team in the CONCACAF after winning in the Gold Cup. They battled teams like Cuba, Costa Rica and Panama to reach the finals where they faced Jamaica.
In that final, they were impressive as they won 3-1 to win their 10th CONCACAF Gold Cup.
They are now preparing for the CONCACAF Confederations Cup Play-off against the United States and a battle against a tough team in Argentina is the best way for them to prepare.
The team last played together a few days ago when they faced Trinidad and Tobago at Rio Tinto Stadium in Utah.
Mexico found themselves down 2-0 at one point but battled back to tie the score at 2-2. Again, they were down 3-2 with less than 10 minutes left in the game and Hector Herrera scored in the 85th minute to give the team a well-deserved draw.
Meanwhile, Argentina are finalizing their preparations for the FIFA World Cup South America Qualification.
They are a very strong team with a lot of talent – with Lionel Messi as one of the best players to ever play the game.
Their last match was a friendly against Bolivia and they were dominant from start to finish.
Ezequiel Lavezzi, Sergio Aguero, Messi and Angel Correa all scored for the Argentines as they were barely challenged in Texas.
Now, they face a stronger opponent in Mexico so they should expect a tougher task ahead.
