'Arrow' Season 4: Roy Harper to Return to Star City

"Arrow" season 4's upcoming episode will see Roy Harper returning to Star City and other new happenings as Oliver and his team take on a new threat.

In "Arrow" season 4 episode 12, Oliver and company will have to deal with a mysterious threat to the city and to the world in the form of the Calculator. Also, Roy Harper will be back to do his duties as Arsenal, according to Design & Trend.

Roy's return will come as a disconcerting surprise for Thea, his former flame. After he left her, Thea seems to have already moved on with her new boyfriend. When the two come face-to-face once again, they will find themselves flustered but will still make the effort to perform their duties, the report details.

The return of her former love will momentarily disrupt Thea's concentration, but she will still be able to fight crime efficiently. However, Roy's presence will create some tension between her and her current boyfriend, the report relays.

Felicity, on the other hand, will adjust to her new situation as she is now confined to a wheelchair. She will somehow draw the strength she needs to help Oliver and Team Arrow defeat their new enemy.

The Calculator will be played by guest star Tom Amandes, based on the official synopsis for the upcoming episode. The synopsis also reveals that Nyssa will finally make her move. No doubt that Oliver Queen's life will become more complicated. Fans have yet to see her participation in her husband's plan to destroy Star City and the rest of the world.
