'Arrow' Season 6 Episode 5 Spoilers: Oliver Teams Up with Slade for a Desperate Mission
Slade (Manu Bennett) will arrive in the city to ask for Oliver's (Stephen Amell) help in an important mission in the upcoming episode of "Arrow."
In the episode titled "Deathstroke Returns," the synopsis reveals that the green vigilante's frenemy will return, desperate to find his son. Last episode, Oliver received a call from Slade, informing him of his mission.
The promo shows that Oliver will agree, but that things will take a turn for the worse when Joe (guest star William Franklyn-Miller) is abducted by the mercenaries. A terrible revelation will reportedly shatter Slade's dreams of reuniting with his son. Elsewhere, Vigilante will reappear in Star City. It looks like Adrian Chase (Josh Segarra) is ready to make Oliver's life difficult once again.

Previously, viewers were finally introduced to the founder of Helix, Cayden James (Michael Emerson). Helix hacktivist Alena (Kacey Rohl) personally went to Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) to inform her about the danger.
The two teamed up to grab the ghost mirror drive needed to access Cayden's files, and Alena was severely wounded in the process. It was Felicity who continued with the task of securing the vault. What she did not know was that she was playing right into Cayden's hands. He and Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) had a bigger plan for the city, and it involved something called "Arclight."
The past episode also featured Oliver and Felicity's celebration of the third anniversary of their first date. They had an intimate dinner together, and it was seen that both Oliver and Felicity seemed comfortable with the idea of taking their relationship to another level.
She was also a willing listener to his problems with William (guest star Jack Moore). The boy has yet to warm up to his dad, so Oliver was disheartened that his parenting skills seemed to be lacking.
"Arrow" season 6 airs Thursdays, at 9 p.m. EST on The CW.
