'Arrow' Season 6 Spoilers: William Finds a Friend in Raisa

William (Jack Moore) will find a mother figure in Raisa (Kathleen Gati) in the upcoming season of "Arrow."

New promo photos released for the new installment show Oliver's (Stephen Amell) son in the Queen mansion. William is set to live with his father after the events that took place last finale. Speculations are rife that Samantha (Anna Hopkins), his mother, is one of the casualties in the deadly explosion.

The last moments of the episode showed Oliver sailing away in a boat with William on his side. It has been previously teased that the green vigilante would be busy being a dad to the youngster in season 6.

With William now living with him, Oliver needs to make sure that his son is comfortable and safe. Fortunately, he has Raisa, his loyal house staff. She is shown smiling at William in the photos. The boy looks at ease while with her. Spoilers indicate that Oliver will do his best to prioritize the boy's needs. Doing missions as the Green Arrow will only come second.

Meanwhile, others have theorized that Tommy Merlyn (Colin Donnell), Oliver's best friend, will return in the new installment. Previously, Amell said that he would want the character to come back in the series. Tommy was killed in the first season during the hunt for his father, Malcolm (John Barrowman). In the comics, he turned out to be Oliver's biggest nemesis.

"As great as the emotional significance of him dying in the season one finale was, and as much as that impacted and sort of reverberates through the show, I really would've loved to see what happened to that character," Amell explained in a panel at Salt Lake Comic Con. "Because obviously, the lore of Tommy Merlyn is that he becomes Oliver's greatest nemesis."

"Arrow" season 6 will air on Thursday, Oct. 12, at 9 p.m. EDT on the CW.
