Arsenal vs Monaco Live Stream: Watch Champions League Soccer Online

Arsenal will play Monaco on Wednesday night in their first leg tie of the last-16 of the Champions League. The Gunners will be favorites at the Emirates Stadium and will want to take some kind of advantage on the road for the return leg, however, Monaco will be a threat. The game is scheduled to start at 2.45 p.m. ET (7.45 p.m. GMT) and can be watched online through live stream (details below).

In team news, the Gunners are set to rest midfielder Jack Wilshere for tonight's game. He is still recovering from ankle surgery, and boss Arsene Wenger will not risk throwing him in at less than 100 percent for this big European night.

Others out for Arsenal include Aaron Ramsey, who is out with a hamstring injury, Mikel Arteta, who has an ankle problem, Abou Diaby, who is suffering with a calf injury, and Mathieu Debuchy, who is suffering pain in his shoulder.

Monaco meanwhile have injury problems of their own, and will be missing left-back Layvin Kurzawa, winger Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco, midfielders Jeremy Toulalan and Tiemou Bakayoko, and defenders Ricardo Carvalho and Andrea Raggi.

Monaco will certainly pose a threat to Arsenal's Champions League ambitions today. They topped Group C, conceding just one goal in their six group games, although they secured the least number of points out of all the group stage winners - claiming 11 points from their 6 games. Their critics will also point out that they won Group C by scoring just four goals in their 6 games.

One familiar face on the Monaco team for the Gunners will be former Spurs striker Dimitar Berbatov. The 34-year-old will likely be Monaco's biggest threat up front, although he has only claimed six goals in 18 games in the league for Monaco this season so far.

Arsenal will be desperate to win against Monaco, to avoid being eliminated at the last-16 stage for a fifth straight year (although their fans will point out their past four eliminations have been inflicted by Bayern Munich twice, as well as Barcelona and AC Milan).
