'Assassin's Creed: Origins' News: Additional Details About How the Game Works on the Xbox One X Revealed

Xbox One X version of 'Origins' has been described as 'the most beautiful'

"Assassin's Creed: Origins" is taking players to Ancient Egypt, a place that may have already been forgotten to some degree but one still intriguing in so many ways.

Players are going to be able to explore this setting as much as they want as soon as the game comes out, though if they want to have the best possible experience while doing so, they may need to have the Xbox One X on hand.

Just recently, Vice's Joel Golby had the chance to try out the game on the Xbox One X and talked a little bit about what the experience was like. According to Golby, there was a feature in "Origins" that enabled players to gaze upon Ancient Egypt from high in the sky and see the scenery unfold in front of them in multiple directions.

What Golby described backed up some previous statements from director Ashraf Ismail.

Speaking previously to GamesRadar, Ismail noted that "some of the draw distances are absolutely incredible."

Going by what Golby and Ismail have described, it certainly seems as though the world contained within "Assassin's Creed: Origins" is going to be even more spectacular for those who will play the game on the Xbox One X.

Ismail went into more detail about how the Xbox One X helps the game while speaking earlier to We Write Things.

According to Ismail, the larger amount of RAM, the sheer power of the Xbox One X and all of its other hardware components help unleash the game's full potential

Ismail did note that he and the other developers were doing what they can to make sure the game performs ideally on all consoles, though the director did admit that the Xbox One X version was "the most beautiful."

"Assassin's Creed: Origins" will be released for the PC, PlayStation 4, PS4 Pro and the Xbox One on Oct. 27. Fans can enjoy the game on the Xbox One X as soon as that console is released on Nov. 7.
