Recently, game developer and publisher Ubisoft has given fans another reason to get "Assassin's Creed: Origins." It will come in the form of a Discovery Tour, which will take fans to another side of Egypt as well as give them history lessons.

"This is something we've wanted to do for a long time, that we've been asked to do by teachers, by institutions," says Jean Guesdon, creative director for Assassin's Creed Origins, as reported by Ubiblog. "Discovery Tour is another way to enjoy the beauty of the world we've recreated. It's a more educative mode, so it's clearly focused on education and on bringing to people actual facts, more academic knowledge."

Tech Radar reports that the Discovery Tour is a result of the developer team's vision, which was given an outlet through the support for 4K found on modern day consoles. Furthermore, it seems that Ubisoft's goal was to make "Assassin's Creed: Origins" as immersive as possible by doing more than giving fans visuals that impress.

Through the Discovery Tour, fans can take a tour around the history of Egypt through a museum that is combat-free. This way, they will be able to focus on the research done by the developers without worrying about enemies that can sprout from nowhere.

"Assassin's Creed: Origins" was made by recreating an entire country. Although it was no easy task, the team has expressed their pride in the final output. Furthermore, the fans will not have long to wait as "Assassin's Creed: Origins" is slotted for release on Oct. 27 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Meanwhile, the Discovery Tour will come as a free update during early 2018.
