'Assassin's Creed: Unity' Patch 4 Release Date: Patch Coming on Monday
Ubisoft has announced that they are set to release the latest patch for "Assassin's Creed: Unity" across all platforms this Monday.
"Assassin's Creed: Unity" has been under fire since its release because of a myriad of issues that plagued the game, which led to Ubisoft releasing Patch after Patch in a bid to fix all the wrongs, bugs and crashes in the game.
This time they're set to release Patch 4 on Monday according to the post made on the "Assassin's Creed" official Live Updates blog.

In late November Ubisoft released Patch 3 which contains more than 300 fixes that addressed gameplay issues, matchmaking problems and crashes in co-op and campaign modes.
In comparison though, the Live Updates blog did not offer much of an explanation on what kind of fixes the Patch 4 will contain. All they have stated was that it will address the problems with the game's performance, stability, online connectivity and matchmaking and general fixes and improvements. They also recommended PC gamers sing AMD video cards to install the game's latest drivers to ensure the patch performs optimally.
However, previous reports have stated that with the Patch 4 Ubisoft is expected to "rectify most the remaining issues our players have been reporting," such as freezing, crashing and the slow frame rate.
After the rocky release of "Assassin's Creed: Unity," the CEO of Ubisoft Montreal Yannis Mallat issued an apology for the bugs and unexpected technical issues. Mallat and Ubosift also offered the "Dead Kings" DLC for free in apology, and gave Season Pass holders the chance to avail one more additional game for free.
Mallat also claimed that Ubisoft will continue working on the game and are encouraging gamers to leave them more feedback and raise more issues in the Live Updates forum so that they can find a solution to them.
