Avril Lavigne and reality star boyfriend Brody Jenner appear to have been the victims of a violent brawl in L.A. in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Since the brawl, Lavigne has taken to Twitter to tell her fans “Violence is never the answer.”

Her tweets shared: “I don't fight. I don't believe in it,” and “so not ok to be abusive to others. Violence is NEVER the answer."
No arrests were made by police, but Jenner was listed as a victim of assault with a deadly weapon, says TMZ.
Instead of taking the ambulance, Jenner decided to go to the hospital by himself for medical attention. According to sources, he has already been released, although the “Bromance” celebrity needed several stitches to close the bleeding gash in his head.
Afterwards, Jenner tweeted: “Interesting Saturday night… Just got of the hospital with a new scar on my face.. Charges/Chargers!!!”
As for Lavigne, sources say she left the scene before police arrived. The unknown woman allegedly left as well.
