'Bachelorette' Emily Maynard Warned Against Choosing Ari; In Love With Chris Harrison?

Emily Maynard has narrowed her choices down to the final two men on ABC's "The Bachelorette," but an ex-girlfriend of one of the two finalists has warned the reality TV star not to make the wrong choice.

Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Harshman, claims that he is simply trying to use Maynard and has ulterior motives, according to Star Magazine.

"He's in it for the fame. Arie has dated hundreds of women and travels all over the world, clearly he doesn't need help finding a date or someone to fall in love with!" Harshman told Star.

"The whole idea of Arie being on The Bachelorette is a joke. He hasn't raced much since 2008, and I know with certainty that his only motive for going on the show was for the fame and attention," she added.

Harshman- a 27-year-old single mother like Maynard- and Luyendyk, 30, began dating in 2009 and lived with each other for two years before finally ending their relationship in December of 2011.

"He wasn't the best father figure to my children. Let's just say that Arie has some growing up to do himself," Hardashman said.

The explosive warning follows speculation that Maynard, 26, does not select either of the two contestants because she is in love with the show's host Chris Harrison.

"The fact that I still don't know who the guy here is the one for me, makes me wonder if any guy here is for me," Emily says in a preview clip. "I don't know where my heart is any more."

Later in the same preview, Maynard confided in Harrison, 40, and he suggested that she just be honest with both men.

"It sounds like you know what you need to do," Chris tells Emily. "You feel like at this point you're betraying both of them."

Maynard and Harrison are said to be in constant contact via text and Twitter, and the pair have convinced ABC staff and past contestants that they are romantically involved.

"From the beginning, I always said there was no way Emily was really going to end up with one of the guys because she really wanted to be with Chris, and it was obvious he wanted to be with her too," past winner Vienna Girardi explained.

"I vacationed with Chris and his family in St. Lucia and know him well. He was never with his wife. He's such a flirt," she said adding "I guarantee Emily and Chris will end up together in the end. If she gets engaged to another man, the show will probably spin it as a love triangle."

The grand finale of "The Bachelorette" will air on Sunday, July 22 on ABC.
