'Battlefield 4' DLC News and Updates 2016: All Five Expansion Packs Available for Free on Xbox
The hit first-person shooter video game "Battlefield 4" just got more interesting than it already is. EA just released free downloadable content for the game, so everyone could grab them while the offer still stands.
Free for All DLC
EA had earlier launched the "Road to Battlefield" promotion for the upcoming "Battlefield 1". As part of this campaign, the game publisher gave away one downloadable content monthly for "Battlefield 4". This lasted for five months and each offer lasted for a week. However, those who missed out on the chance to download the expansions can now grab the opportunity as all five expansion packs are now available for free.
At the moment, the expansion pack collection is exclusively free for Xbox One and Xbox 360. However, availability for the PlayStation and PC is most likely to arrive soon. Downloaded expansions will then be available permanently to the players. There are also no additional fees needed to be able to download the free content, such as Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus. The offer started on September 13 and will last for a week. These expansions normally sell for $15 each and are all part of the "Battlefield 4" Premium pack.
