'Battlefield 4' releases Night Operations DLC, includes creepy secret
Even though "Battlefield 4" was released two years ago, developer DICE is giving its gamers a good reason to keep playing the game. They just recently released the new Night Operations DLC pack which allows players to go on a nighttime combat. It is now available for download for free in all platforms (with PS3/PS4 in Europe scheduled to come on Sept. 8).
According to Game Informer, Night Operations has a new map called Zavod: Graveyard Shift and is known as the night version of the existing "Battlefield 4" map Zavod 311. In the game, the lights are going to be turned down low, challenging players to rely more on their hearing and low-light gear.
"As you might expect, this changes things up—instead of being able to rely on your eyes, you're going to need to listen closely, and focus on tools like night scopes and your radar to survive," said Dice. "We put together a tactical strategy guide with some tips for players looking for that competitive edge."

It will be a new gaming experience despite taking inspiration from 311 as Graveyard Shift is made with numerous improvements and tweaks that will bring a more "stealthy and tactical gameplay." The new DLC will support five "Battlefield 4" modes which are Rush, Conquest, Domination, Team Death Match and Gunmaster. There will be major additions that can only be exclusively found in Graveyard Shift and not offered in 311 and some of those are destructible lights, vehicle lights, new flanking paths and low-level fog.
Night Operations will be coming out together with "Battlefield 4's" massive "Summer Patch" which will include the new map, improvements to the gadgets, audio, balancing and netcode. As players explore through the new DLC, they will find a creepy Easter egg as revealed by Kotaku. A video posted by a user jackfrags showed how gamers will be able to encounter it. When a certain light is destroyed, the game will start playing some kind of demonic voice in the background. A creepy surprise indeed for the gamers. Jack later on discovered that what it was saying was the details on the back of the box of "Battlefield 2."
