'Better Call Saul' Season 3: It's Going to Be Amped-Up, Rhea Seehorn Says
The prequel to the critically acclaimed "Breaking Bad" has been making itself a behemoth in its own right and fans want to know more about the upcoming season 3. From what little the cast have said, it looks like "Better Call Saul" is going to be one saturated show that presents juicy details in every carefully thought out episode.
In an interview with LAgoss.com during the red carpet at the 21st Satellite Awards last Feb. 18, Rhea Seehorn, who plays the role of Kim Wexler, pointed out that the show will continue to bring what fans love from season 2 into the new one and so much more.
"There's a lot of really exciting stuff that happens and more of everything that everyone loved at season 2 as well but kind of amped-up," Seehorn says. She enumerates that the new season will be tackling more about the characters' stories, mentioning Mike (Jonathan Banks), Jimmy (Bob Odenkirk) and her character who can be seen struggling to find where her moral compass is.
She also adds, "There's more humor, there's more excitement, there's more drama, and somehow the writers crammed it all into 10 episodes. It's pretty great."
Although it doesn't really say much about what is to happen, at least she gave hints that each episode is going to be worth watching. That being the point, fans will most likely be excited to finally see season 3.
Apparently, it is not just the fans who are excited, but the possible incoming stars as well. In an exclusive interview with Nerdist, Bryan Cranston, who plays the role of Walter White in the original "Breaking Bad" series, says he's game for a cameo role.
"What if it's just a brush-by?" Cranston said. "Just two guys in a market. 'Are those ripe?' 'I don't know.' And we don't even register that we knew each other three years before we see each other again."
If anything, that just adds to the brewing excitement. "Better Call Saul" season 3 returns on April 10, 10 p.m. ET on AMC.
