Beyonce News: Album to Release Exclusively Via Jay-Z's Tidal?

Beyonce's silence about her upcoming album, which she collaborated with husband Jay-Z, is fueling the fans' curiosity on what the song compilation may be. While various sources have confirmed that the album will be released within the year, no official date has been announced as of yet.

In January this year, there were reports on the possibility of the songstress doing a stadium tour in the Pittsburgh, PA area. However, reports about the concert were soon doused by rumors that the singer was heavy with a child.

Despite the speculations that the singer would inform the public of her pregnancy on the already-concluded half time of the "Superbowl," no confirmation was made. Rather, the "Single Ladies" singer dropped a charged-up performance and announced a world tour dubbed as "Formation," which is also the title of her latest single.

While the announcement of the world tour was a welcome piece of news to the fans of "Queen B," it was not enough to satiate the wants of those who have been awaiting for the couple's album. Some fans can only relish the high possibility that the absence of news on the album will surely be worth the wait once it is finally released.

In December last year, songwriter Glass John confirmed his involvement in the album as he posted on his Twitter account:

''I am actually working my a*s of to get on this Jay-z and Beyonce album. It's going to be #HUGE.. but back to talking about my wife's $ingle.''

However, according to some reports, the album might just get released much earlier than expected. Bustle reported that there is a high certainty that it will be released exclusively via her husband Jay-z's streaming services, Tidal. The website also said that Beyonce allegedly delayed her album in order to avoid clashing with that of Adele's "25."
