Beyonce Shares Blue Ivy Tutu Photo After Critics Question Baby Clothes

Beyonce recently shared a heart warming photograph of her daughter Blue Ivy on social networking site Tumblr, and some fans suspect that the image may be a direct response to critics.

The photo shows Beyonce's 16-month-old daughter sitting in a white monogrammed director's chair which bears her initials BIC and while it only shows the back of the toddler, fans are in awe.

Blue Ivy accompanied her superstar mother on her Mrs. Carter world tour and like the toddler, Beyonce also has her very own monogrammed director's chair that is placed backstage at her shows. The first and only daughter of Jay-Z is seen dressed in a white tutu and pink cardigan, which is an interesting choice of clothing considering Beyonce and Jay-Z have faced bizarre criticism over the clothes Blue Ivy wears.

In recent months a number of critics have openly accused the Grammy award-winning artists of dressing their daughter "like a boy," according to Washington, D.C. radio station 93.9 WKYS.

The Carters, who are notoriously private, rarely share photos of Blue Ivy publicly, but for the few that have surfaced online, critics have openly raised questions. From the toddler's Timberland boots to her backwards caps, some social media user have criticized the youngster's attire.

While Beyonce has never addressed the strange criticism, some fans believe the singer may have shared the photo of Blue Ivy in a girlish tutu to finally put an end to the nasty comments.

"My biggest job in the world is to protect my daughter and I am very protective," Beyonce recently admitted about Blue Ivy in an interview with "Good Morning America."

In January 2012, Beyonce gave birth to Blue Ivy naturally in a luxury birthing suite at the Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan. The singer previously opened up about her daughter in an interview with Vogue magazine.

"She's my road dog, She's my homey, my best friend," Beyonce said of her and Jay-Z's only child Blue Ivy.

"I feel like I have something that has grounded me so much more. Family has always been important. I've always had my mother and my father and my husband," she continued. "But it's just ... Life is so much more than ... It's not defined by any of this."
