'Big Brother' Season 19 Updates: Final Three Houseguests Revealed

The final three house guests had been named in "Big Brother" season 19.

Towards the end of episode 37, the 33-year-old fitness expert Christmas Abbott, 24-year-old Paul Abrahamian, and 23-year-old hair care salesman Josh Martinez were revealed to be the final three standing after stay-at-home dad Kevin Schlehuber was evicted from the Big Brother house.

This reportedly worked for Abrahamian's advantage, since he was heard saying that he really wants to bring Martinez up to the end of the competition because he believes that it will give him a better advantage to win the reality show competition against the other finalists.

But before the winner for this season will be announced on the two-hour finale special on Wednesday, Sept. 20, the three remaining housemates must compete among themselves in a two-part Head of House (HoH) competition to give the winner the opportunity to control the next events in the house. This reportedly includes the ability to choose who will sit beside them in front of the jury.

Aside from the next activities inside the house, CBS is expected to air an extra "Big Brother" season 19 episode on Friday night to mark the upcoming conclusion of the season. Instead of showing the ongoing HoH competition, reports claimed that it could be a special one-hour installment showing a flashback of the events that happened in the previous week.

CBS will also use the "Big Brother" time slot on Sunday, Sept. 17, to make way for the airing of the Emmy Awards Night. This means that the fans of the long-running reality show will have to wait until Wednesday night's finale to know who among the three remaining house guests will be declared as the current season's big winner.

The finale episode of "Big Brother" season 19 hosted by seasoned anchor Julie Chen will be aired by CBS at 8 p.m. EDT.
