Bluboo Xfire 2 Announced, Specs Include 5-Inch Display, 5MP Camera, Fingerprint Scanner
Chinese smartphone manufacturer Bluboo is not a well-known brand all over the world but that doesn't stop them from releasing devices that may spark the interest of the public. Just recently, the company announced their latest entry-level smartphone called Xfire 2.
Phones Review detailed that the Xfire 2 is a budget Android smartphone that is now available for pre-order with an offer price of just $59.99. The regular price is still very affordable though which is at $69.99. A dual-SIM version is available for only $79.99.
The source pointed out that the device is a real bargain especially since it comes with a metal unibody build and a fingerprint sensor located at the back. Phone Radar noted the Bluboo Xfire 2 is the cheapest to carry such feature.
Moreover, the smartphone sports a 5-inch 720p resolution display with 2.5D curve glass and 170 degree viewing angle. It is powered with a 64-bit Quad-core MediaTek MT6580 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz. It also comes with a Mali-400 MP graphics processing unit and 1 GB of RAM. As for its internal memory storage capacity, the new handset carries 8 GB which can be expanded further up to 32 GB via microSD card slot. It runs with the Android Lollipop 5.1 operating system out of the box.
GSM Arena also detailed that the smartphone is equipped with a 5-megapixel resolution sensor with AF and single LED flash. On the font is a 2-megapixel snapper with an 88-degree wide angle lens and LED flash as well. The device also features an interface that is customized and can be changed from time to time with the eight themes available, giving different looks to the appearance of the system. Connectivity options available are 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0 and GPS. Keeping the light on of the device is a 2150mAh non-removable Li-ion Polymer battery.
Bluboo Xfire 2 is also available for pre-order in GearBest for only $73.86 with shipping expected to begin this February.
