The description on the video states: "This guy got arrested for intoxication and didn't agree with the charges. After pleading his case, he decides to belt out his emotions...through the music of Queen."

During the beginning of the video the inebriated man denies "having been sort of intoxicated, as you proclaim." Then after a few moments of silence, perhaps to gather his thoughts and to set the mood he begins his rendition of the song by slurring the first few words.

The man does begin hitting his stride after the first few moments of the classic Queen 1975 hit "Bohemian Rhapsody."

At the end of the video the arresting police officer, who was lucky enough to have had a front row seat for his passengers performance tells him to "calm down."

The man then quiets down, puts on his glasses and as the officer opens the door of the police car asked the police officer "Do you have to cuff me?" to which the officer responds, "Are you going to behave?"

The man then said, "Physical violence is the least of my priorities."

Queens' "Bohemian Rhapsody" is the only song that has ever reached the top spot on the U.K. charts twice. The first time was in 1975 and the second time was in 1992, when it appeared in the film "Wayne's World."
