'Bones' Season 11 Spoilers, Plot News: Booth And Brennan Returns To Action

With the chaotic events that took place on the two-part Season 11 premiere of Fox's hit crime drama TV series "Bones" already over, fans are now about to see the beloved couple, Booth and Brennan, springing back into action at the Jeffersonian headquarters. However, spoiler reports hinted that someone might already be taking Booth's vacated place. Who could this person be?

Citing the details from Design & Trend, the episode titled "The Donor in the Drink" will find the duo officially back at work at the Jeffersonian and the FBI. The case they would be partaking would involve the discovery of human remains at a fish farm. What is more interesting is that the discovery happens under some suspicious conditions, the site said.

It was found out that the fish farm particularly breeds a type of fish called the Rainbow Trout, which, as Hodgins said, are carnivores. It turns out that the aquatic creatures have already devoured most of the victim's body as well as the bones which can still be found inside the gut of the fish.

The new teaser trailer released by the network and shared by the website shows Hodgins' plan to retrieve the bones from the trout's stomach by "any means necessary."

The details added indicates that after the experts were able to get the remains, they will discover that the victim's internal organs were harvested long before the body was thrown for the fish to feast upon.

Angela would be hitting the road to track down the seller and buyer of the organs. By doing so, they will be able to pinpoint the one responsible for the hideous crime as well as identify the body.

Meanwhile, Booth may soon realize that there are some working adjustments happening at the Jeffersonian.

According to TVLine (via D&T), who cited new co-showrunner Michael Peterson's statement, Booth may get toe-to-toe with Aubrey who is ambitious and wants the higher position in the agency. This fallout might occur in the second half of the current season.

For the meantime, "Bones" Season 11 airs this Thursday, Oct. 15, at 8 p.m. on Fox.
