'Bones' Season 12 Episode 11: Will Aubrey Propose to Jessica?
Aubrey (John Boyd) may be thinking of proposing to his girlfriend, Jessica ( Laura Spencer), in the upcoming episode of "Bones."
In the episode titled "The Day in the Life," the synopsis (according to TV Guide) reveals that the couple will have a serious talk about their future together. Since the series is coming to an end, it is possible that the writers are thinking of marrying off Aubrey to the lovely "squintern" who won his heart. Aubrey and Jessica playfully consider themselves as Brennan and Booth 2.0. Will they end up tying the knot and live happily ever after, just like their mentors?
Meanwhile, the episode is going to be another tension-filled one, as it is revealed that Kovac (Gerard Celasco), the Bosnian criminal who was targeting Booth (David Boreanaz) and his family, has escaped from prison. In the promo, the FBI agent is telling Brennan (Emily Deschanel) that he feels something is wrong. True enough, a shot of Aubrey looking at an escape tunnel is shown. Kovac is on the loose and he means to avenge his father's death.

Booth and his team killed Kovac's dad, a notorious warlord, in an operation back in the 90s. Kovac, who was still a kid at the time, planned his revenge for years. He killed everyone in Booth's former squad, including Aldo Clemens (Mather Zickel).
In the teaser, it appears that Kovac has planted a bomb in the Jeffersonian. Booth discovers the horrible truth a little bit too late. People are shown scurrying out of the building, running for lives.
When it is Brennan and Booth's turn to get out of the institute, the automatic door mysteriously closes. They are trapped inside. Several moments later, a huge explosion is heard. The faces of Cam (Tamara Taylor), Angela (Michaela Conlin) and Hodgins (T.J. Thyne) are shown. They all look terrified. Who will end up dying in the blast?
"Bones" season 12 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EDT on Fox.
