'Borderlands Triple Pack' Launch Date Announced
The first-person shooter game "Borderlands" is getting another bundle and this time, it's called the "Borderlands Triple Pack," which contains three of the series' games released in the past years. According to Gaming Bolt, publisher 2K Games has included in the bundle the first game, "Borderlands (2009)," its sequel, "Borderlands 2 (2012)," and the latest one, "Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel (2014)."
It will be made available for the PS3 and Xbox 360 for the price of $50 in North America and £38.81 in the UK. It is said to be a good deal because aside from the three game, the bundle will also contain all of the DLC for each game. This basically means that gamers will be able to get hold of the raid bosses, additional storylines and level cap increases that came along with each DLC that arrived.
And that's not all there is to it as there really will be a lot more. Gamers can expect to spend lots of their time going through it. The "Borderlands Triple Pack" bundle will also come with the latest updates and patches for each game. Thus, players can anticipate the action role-playing video game to be in their best versions by the time they get their hands on it.
The "Borderlands Triple Pack" is the second bundle that 2K Games has ever released. Game Spot detailed that the first one they released was titled the "Borderlands: The Handsome Collection" which launched in March 2015 for the PS4 and Xbox One. It contained improved ports of the "Borderlands 2" and "Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel." Along with the two came all previously released DLC for both games, including the recent Claptastic Voyage for "The Pre-Sequel."
For those who are asking for the next "Borderlands" game, Gamespresso reported that 2K Games and Gearbox Software are currently on the works for it and will be made available for new generation consoles.
"Borderlands Triple Pack" is scheduled to be released on Nov. 17.
