Boston Celtics vs Atlanta Hawks Live Stream, Start Time: Watch NBA Playoffs Online
The East playoffs continue.
Already with a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference playoff series, the Atlanta Hawks are looking to get another win over the Boston Celtics when they meet at the TD Garden for Game 3.
The matchup is on April 22, 2016 at 8:00 PM ET.
With many predicting this to be a close battle in the East, the first game between the two did exactly that – with the Hawks winning by a point.
The Hawks dominated most of the game, even leading by double figures by halftime.
However, in typical Celtics fashion, they bounced back and had an excellent third quarter to cut the lead to seven points.
In the final frame, Boston continued to try and claw their way back in the contest but came in painfully short as they lost 102-101.
Isaiah Thomas had a great game with 27 points and eight assists, but only shot 8-of-21 from the field.
Avery Bradley's injury added to the problems that Boston had as their defensive specialist appeared to have injured his leg midway through the contest.
Meanwhile, Atlanta had Jeff Teague to lead the way for them as he had a double-double with 23 points and 12 assists to lead the team.
Four of the five starters finished with double figures in scoring, with only Kyle Korver finishing with two points after going 1-of-10 from the field.
In the second game, Boston failed to make a decent impression to start as they only scored seven points in the first quarter to see them go down double figures again early.
This time, they could not bounce back as the Hawks continued to put on the pressure and kept the Celtics at bay.
Korver bounced back effectively as he scored 17 points in the game after shooting 6-of-9, with 5-of-7 from beyond the arc.
Now playing at home, the Celtics will try to get their first series win, or risk going down 3-0 against a deadly Atlanta squad.
